BAD PING FOR WEEKS, NO REASON, HELP

For the last couple of weeks my ping has increased from a consistent 60, to 90 with constant spikes of 300. This isnt just happening on a specific server, its anything I connect to. I've tried the classic off n on/factory reset on my modem about a million times before anyone suggests that. I noticed the problem on my PC, which is connected with Ethernet, but even when I disconnect everything and run speed tests from my phone, there's no improvement. We've very recently gotten this modem and it worked incredibly better than our last one for the first few weeks we used it, apart from some issues due to it being 4G.

4G.

I mean, it's 4G though. There's probably not much you can do without going to a hardline ISP.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

If you're stuck with 4G there's really not much you'll be able to do about the ping, It'd be like having satellite internet.

I get ~50-60ms on my phone over 4G
