EVGA X299 DARK CPU Led 1/2/3 error lighting

Hello guys. I bought this motherboard from evga_official ebay site.

And my problem is the cpu error led 1/2/3 are lighting, the PCH fan doesnt start to spinning, and the debug led doesnt show any error code. But the VRM fans are spinning.
The motherboard doesnt have any bent pins in the socket.
What is the problem? The CPU is dead or the motherboard have any problem?

Get another CPU or another board and find out.

 

BTW, I have the same board and it is awesome.  It'll take anything you throw at it as far as OC is concerned.
