helllp Need some help for a PC upgrade

So today I have upgraded my PC and I'm sure that the wires are in the right place but it wont turn on not even a blink here's the specs

Motherboard: Msi B450 Gaming Plus

Cpu: AMD Ryzen 2600 3.5GHz

Ram:G.Skill ripjaws V 16gb 

Graphics card:Rx 480 2gb

Psu: Thernaltake 700W smart series 

 

Ik my pc cables are a mess I cant hide them very good lemme know ASAP!

Also make sure of all connections and that there isn't a short somewhere.
