New GPU, Loud Beep When Gaming

I just received my RTX 2070 Super And when i plugged in everything was completely fine i booted up a game (COD:MW 2019) and a loud beep started after playing Mp for 10 Seconds, tried out outer worlds same deal, i had a GTX 1070 Everything was fine same thing with a GTX 1050 i had, I have checked Temps for both CPU and GPU and nothing out of the ordinary 70-78 c on CPU, 60-65 c GPU, I do not have  a MB Speaker

Cooler Master Masterwatt 750W (it has a horrible coil whine when playing)
