how to know if the Corsair PSU is bought new?

Hey guys,sorry if I am bored,but here in Bosnia people really sell everything.

I need to know if this PSU is new,I don't see nylon pouch over box,does it mean it is not brand new?

Is there some kind of seal over edges of the box just like on graphics card boxes?

Here is what I am getting (pic below)

Please do not take offence for my apparent confusion or rudeness,it's not intent me to be like that,it's just my BPD,be nice to me,and I'll return twice better,be rude and usually I get easly pissed of...I'll try to help anyone here,as long as it's something I dealt with,and even if you think I'm rude or not polite,forgive me,  it's not me it's my BPD.

Not much to go on, the nylon pouch for the cables will be inside the box, not covering it, typically the box is just sealed with a plastic sticker based seal over the flap to open up the box. Without actually seeing if the seal is there or cut you wont be able to tell.

As you can see clearly there is nylon all over box:

That's plastic, not nylon.

If there's plastic wrapped around the box, that means someone has a shrink wrap machine.

 

What's the lot code of the PSU?  Should be the first four digits of the serial number.

Dunno my friend.I still havent got it home.I ordered 850W version cuz its only 5 eur more expensive.

But no one still didn't replied to my question do brand new HXi PSU come shrinked in plastic over box or not?when i get it home (probably till Friday) Ill report you with code.

I don't remember anything I bought so far was wrapped in plastic even not my good old Samsung Galaxy Note 8.

The issue I could have with all 140mm psus is with case I'd buy but that is for nother topic.

I've actually answered this question multiple times for you.

 

It's not difficult for someone to heatshrink a product themselves.  I can take any open box and shrinkwrap it.  In fact, you don't even need a shrinkwrap machine.  They have bags you can put product in and shrink the plastic with a hair dryer.  Just because something is in heatshrink doesn't mean it's new.
