Everything slighty fuzzy all of a sudden

I am having an issue where everything is slightly fuzzy.

 

I came back from eating to my desktop, and there a very small power issues where my lights went of briefly.

 

Came back to my desktop and all the letters and games are fuzzy almost like the image sharpening of my monitor has turned all the way down. 

 

Not sure whats causing it. The monitor is fine and everything else works?

Could be a graphics issue, maybe just try a quick driver refresh, or if you have a spare try another card in the system and see if the issue persists.

-Click your start menu button/Windows button

-Type "cleartype"

-Choose "Adjust cleartype text"

 

If that does not fix the fuzziness, try unplugging then replugging in your monitor, re-adjust your video cables and change the display resolution to a different one, then back to native.
