Optimizing Old Hardware and Other Nonsense

Hello !

So I've got a little situation here. My girlfriend has once again mysteriously burn a graphic card.

For reference, she mainly enjoys Witcher 3, WoW and a bit of not AAA games.
To be honest, she was mainly using old, laying around hardware.
Right now, she has a lovely score of one burned GTX560 TI and two GTX 570, always in the same computer ( i5-750 based. I'll refer to that computer as "The Burner" ).

Thinking about a power supply issue, I recently changed it to a new corsair one ( just before she killed the last 570 ). With no apparent effect on The Burner's killing abilities.

Now, I'm thinking about keeping The Burner under close surveillance at my place, and replacing it at my girlfriend's with an other computer ( i3-2100, aka "The Nice Guy", with a GTX 570 too)

The thing is, I've been sacrificing too many graphic cards on the altar of "Keeping The Girlfriend Happy", so, she will now have to equip The Nice Guy with a self bought graphic card.

What would you guys think to be the best kind of GPU that could get along well with such a CPU ? We're considering both new and old parts, with an overall budget of 150 USD.

Also, is that possible for The Burner to really be evil, or are we at the rough life expectancy of GTX 500 cards anyway ?

Finally, would the change from The Burner to The Nice Guy be bad for her ?

Thanks for your help ^^

A used RX 570 will come in under $100 USD, and is almost twice as powerful as the 750TI that Genwyn mentioned. Even refurbished ones from Newegg are $99.99 with free shipping. (new are $130)
