The way i see it creating a AAA game using UE4 is similar to creating a Hollywood movie, depending on pc set up, you could spend 500 on a pc for UE4 then you will run into UE4 game engine crashes really badly, also carracter and Landscaping will be really low Polly, ending up creating a cartoon game, spend up to about 40 grand the with that high supercomputer desktop quality using Quadro RTX 8000 in sli, Landscapeing, building design and NPC will be no different creating a game using large open worlds no different then going to the cinema watching a movie, well Hollywood using state of the art GPUs to create Dinosaurs out of Jurassic park using Video cards equivalent to using Quadro RTX 8000 ray tracing and visuals, well don't have to be a Hollywood movie star to play roll playing games, also depending on pc set up as to on how much thy can render world compositions to structure Large massive open world games, GTA5 is only based on a island don't look very massive 10,000 ft in the center of a massive ocean, now the 38 grand pc i am purchase parts for tower case 2 monitors keyboard mice i should be up there with the best UE4 game developers, also be decades a head of the class, yes they will eventually will catch up, i been hearing by other developers on UE4 forum, using RTX 2080Ti UE4 keeps on crashing none stop, i been thinking outside the box UE4 i a very special game engine, very much like a type of cad program where can do very amazing Landscape, building engineering design, so if that is so UE4 really needs Quadro RTX 8000 video cards for the purpose of doing professional design Landscape and photogrammetry designs, really RTX 2080Ti is gaming GPUs for playing games, if all gaming developers start using Quadro RTX 8000s then less UE4 game engine crashes, also now can game on Quadro RTX 8000 GPUs.
