Lenovo Y540/Y740 Battery Upgrade?

Can you upgrade the Lenovo Y540/Y740 battery? Or do you just have to live with it? I was wondering cause I read somewhere that you can "technically' upgrade any laptop battery. Is this true? I can't seem to find any info on this. (Or maybe, I'm just blind as a bat.)

For Y740 15, you can mod the battery from Y740 17

How about the 76wh from the y740, in the y540?? Anyone tried, or have schematics??

It will not work due to different internal design
