Hello! I apologise for asking what I imagine is the most basic of basic questions but I want to make sure I'm doing this as correctly as I can.

To cut a long story short my friend moved to another country and I bought his old PC off him, the PC was fully built when I got it but recently the MOBO died, so I bought a new one (The asus VI hero) and had a go at rebuilding the PC myself.

I've give it a good go and feel like I've got everything where it should be, there are just two parts of the AIO cooler I'm not quite sure where to put, I thought I had them in the right place but when I go to change the RGB light on the front of the cooler it doesn't show up in Corsairs software (I have never actually changed it before but as far as I know it should be possible) Also despite both of the fans working and the CPU staying relatively cool under a quick stress test (~high 50's to low 60's Ryzen 1700 at 3.8) if i put my hand on the pumps it feels like water is only coming through one of them, it this normal?

Any ideas if I've got these in the right place or where they should go, cheers!

Added some photos

The second picture is where I initially had the second wire and where it is now, confusion comes from the fact it's a three pin connector and a four pin slot, the last photo i have literally no idea where to put that wire.

Cheers

Thank you! I was looking for that but didn't know the exact model of my Cooler.

Both pumps are working correctly now but my Cooler is still not showing up in Corsair link for some reason, so I must have plugged something in wrong somewhere, hmm.

Ok, so I have found the issue.

There appears to be a plastic "cap" covering where the Micro USB port should be.

I can't see this on any other pictures od the device anywhere so im wondering if its a defect? Have tried to get it off with a bit of force but don't want to press any harder in cas I cause damage. Anyone heard of anything like this or experienced it?

Corsair Link was discontinued in 2016 or earlier.  Use iCUE from Corsair.

If your model allows for connecting to USB, yes you need the Micro USB to USB 9 pin header cable, so it can monitor and change colors.

I've tried both but unforunately cooler doesn't show up in either.

The problem I have is that the USB is covered like shown in the picture, whereas it should be as it is shown here in the second slide https://www.techspot.com/products/cooling/corsair-hydro-series-h110i-gt.116032/

As far as I can see they aren't normally covered so worried it might be a defect. I've had a poke at it and it doesn't move at all.
