Hey.

First, my set-up is as follows..

MSI B450 tomahawk

Ryzen 7 2700x

G.Skill Trident (4 x 8GB)

Radeon RX 570

I don't think other parts are necessary for informative purposes.

Anyways, I have exhausted almost EVERY single option to install Realtek HD audio manager/console....

Including the following..

Reinstalling Windows 10.

Updating/flashing BIOS.

Updating Window 10 from 1809 to1903(most current I can).

Using DDU to remove all traces of Realtek(in safe mode).

Downloading drivers from MSI website.

Downloading drivers from Realtek itself.

I've literally lost count of how many times I've reinstalled Windows and/or uninstalled/reinstalled Realtek and other drivers over the past two weeks(yes this has been an ongoing battle for several weeks).

What's peculiar though is this,

I can find Realtek in "Apps & Features" as Realtek High Definition Audio Driver(57.9MB?)

I can find everything in (C:)>Program Files(x86)>Realtek

It's NOT ANYWHERE in Device manager even showing hidden devices.... Under "sound, video and game controllers" the only things listed are "AMD HD audio device"..."Game Capture HD60 Pro"..."Microsoft streaming service proxy"(this is the only one faded/not highlighted)

I'm just at a complete loss. Anybody have ANY suggestions?

On mine I have a realtek audio console app.

https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B450-TOMAHAWK#down-driver&Win10 64

Try the realtek HD universal driver.

BTW, mine only works when I have a device plugged into either the back panel or mic/headphone jack on the case. But you can see it here ApplicationFrameHost_CuNRa8pWj8.thumb.png.db125b7b1550b899102bc503a1cdf216.png

Tried both downloads for HD drivers on the website. Unfortunately neither work. :/:(

Did you do a search in the desktop search box for "realtek audio console"?

OK, if you go to utilities on msi, you will see the realtek audio control DL part, or you can get it directly
