LG 34" non gaming HDR 600 vs LG 38" inch Nano IPS 1ms 175hz HDR 400

Hey all Im just confused as why LG can do HDR 600 on their productivity displays, yet HDR 400 for a gaming monitor ?  Is this 450 nits and turning on HDR in Windows to have the HDR effect in Windows and apps and games do justice or will it look similar to my VA panel at 350nits.  Also is there really a big difference from HDR 600 to HDR 400.  This is the only draw back of the LG 38" Nano IPS 1ms 175hz and HDR 400.  Turning HDR on in Windows and tweaking it gives me a nice HDR the slider is at 30.  If I take the HDR 400 to slider to 100 would that give any better brightness or such.  Is this new upcoming LG 38" gaming monitor gonna look like sh*T compared to my TV and what not.

I want to know why they give a 60hz monitor HDR 600 but their 1800 dollar gaming monitor is HDR400.  What exactly is the reason for that and is HDR 400 enough.  Or is it a dull picture.  Also when I get this it will be my first Nano IPS monitor and does that alone give good nits ?  This is a 1500 dollar monitor for hdr 400 , and 1800 for hdr 600... Will I feel like crap spending money and getting the same picture as my POS AOC 40" 4k VA panel which sux viewing angles and what not.  Spending all that money for resolution and refresh rate ?  Does Nano IPS make things more vivid and what not ?

But when I turn on HDR in Windows then play Quake Champions it puts a HDR effect and also puts one on the desktop.  So you dont need HDR content.  Just enable it in Windows and your machine becomes HDR and you can adjust the picture as well.
