I have a ASUS rog strix GL703VM. Its about 2 years old (I7 7700k, gtx 1060, 17.3 4k screen, 16gb ram, Windows 10 home). A couple of days ago I turned it on, the RGB keyboard was working, but then the machine just restarted right after startup and the Keyboard no longer works. No RGB, no functionality, even when in bios. External keyboards through USB work, I'm using a corsair k63 wireless right now while I try to figure it out. The device manager doesn't recognize any attached keyboard or drivers for one at all. I opened it up and the keyboard cable is firmly in.

Any idea if it could be software? or is it just burned out?
