I upgraded my motherboard a few days back, but as turned out after everything was transferred the motherboard was not compatible with my i7700. I set everything back to my old motherboard, because I had no problems with my pc before moving the parts. However, my pc did not boot up, and only started the LED's and fans for a second and then turning off. After 5 seconds or so it would try again, without succes. I fixed this by removing all of the parts and booting up with only my cpu connected. Connected alll the pieces one by one, rebooting after every new piece. My pc now turns on correctly everytime. The problems are not over yet though. When connecting to my monitor it says "No signal detected". My keyboard(corsair strafe) does turn on when connecting, but my mouse(corsair Sabre RGB) does not.

This is what I've already tried:

-checking the monitor and cable with another computer, no problem here. Monitor and cable work just fine.

-remove RAM, use only one stick, clean the slots etc. No result here.

-Use the port on the gpu as well as the one on the motherboard. Did not help.

-Remove all parts, just like I did with the first problem, and connect the monitor. even with everything removed it gave no signal.

My specs:

-Intel i7700 CPU

-ASUS gtx geforce 1070ti GPU

-2x Corsair vengeance rgb pro 8GB RAM

-MSI H110M pro-vd MOTHERBOARD

-Benq zowie XL2411 Monitor, tried using both dvi and hdmi.

How can I solve this?
