Upgrading My Monitor Setup

Hi, I've been running a single monitor setup for the past 4 years, and I'm hoping to upgrade it. I currently have an ASUS MG279Q (2560x1440, 144hz, IPS), but I wanted to get another one or two monitors in the near future. I do quite a bit of programming, so I was considering buying two more 4k panels and having them vertically on either side of the MG279Q, but I'm definitely open to any suggestions for both layout and specific products. I do some gaming, so I'd like to keep at least one monitor in my setup with 144hz and low response time, but the other ones I don't care as much about refresh rate, since I'll mostly be reading and writing text on them.
