Hey Guys,

I`m hoping you guys can help me troubleshoot maybe. I`ve just finished building a new pc, but it keeps crashing after a few minutes or so for some reason i can`t figure out.

Specs:

Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix B450-I

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

GPU: MSI RX 5700 xt

Ram: Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB (16 in total) 3200Mhz

Storage: Sabrent 512GB NVMe M.2

CPU cooling: NZXT Kraken M22

Power: SF series 600W (SFX)

Case: Evolv Shift

Windows installation went without a hitch. Now originally i thought the GPU was over heating, so I`ve optimized to give the gpu some more air. But that didn`t seem to be problem.
Things that I have noticed, is that the windows dosen`t seem to be able to access details from my GPU for some reason. The Realtek Audio driver doesen`t want to install. Is it possible that there are some compatibility issues down the line that I haven`t noticed ?

I could technically start from scratch and delete everything and install windows again see if that works? Because i might have installed some things out off order and the computer doesen`t like that.

On a separate note does anyone know how to turn off the NZXT water cooler RGB off when the computer is actually off ?

Try going into the BIOS and restoring all the settings to default, also you could try running Windows setup again, but choose the repair your computer option instead of reinstalling WIndows.

Good shout I might have changed some things in the bios by accident.

On terms off workload and power usage. I haven`t even taxed anything to hard maybe utilised maybe 20% max. I don`t know what the power usage is, honestly i don`t know how to check that.

Hey so I've reset the bios to default and reset windows. And let it sit idle both times idle and the both times. First time I've just let it update whatever it wanted and proceed to die round 30 later and second time I just let it sit there on the home screen. Without Internet that died roughly 45 to 1h I'd guess.

Weirdly  the realtek audio driver got installed without any problems and I can actually see my gpu in the task manager, which I couldn't do before. I'm thinking there is actually something wrong with hardware
