RX 550 won't display/be recognized :(

Hello. I currently have an issue eith my graphics card. It doesn't display anything nor is it recognized on device manager. Its a Gigabyte (GVRX550GAMING OC2GD) Radeon RX 550 2GB. It stopped working on a day when a thunderstorm hit around, but nothing else is bad, everything works and my PC is protected with a surge protector.

Fans do spin but that's as far as it gets. I've got it a few times recognized and drivers do recognize it but nothing displays when i switch to it the times that it is picked up.

Anyone have a suggestion? Thank you
