i recently made a backup from my bios settings and saved them on my SSD (Only thing that was allowed.. not even my usb stick)

it saved a file that i gave a name but i never was able to find that file on my PC (i want to delete it since the name is wrong.)
but there is no option in the bios to rename or delete it.
and even with "show hidden folders" there is no file at all.

It probably only saves the settings on a fat32 drive. What filesystem did your usb have?

Your probably put the backup on the efi partition, try mounting that and check on there.

my USB Stick is exFat (Fat32 is not supported.. only Exfat or NTFS)

What do you mean fat32 isn't supported? Try formatting it as fat32?

What filesystem does the manual say the board needs?

It might have saved it to a EFI partition or other hidden partitions that WIndows 10 creates.

Try using a FAT32 flash drive, as recommended above. Get a small stick (4-8GB) for this purpose, or create a small partition on your big stick.
