Hard Drive showing up but not opening

When i go to access one of my drives it will not let me open it it says "e is not accessable, parameters incorrect" and will often crash windows explorer when attempting to access it. The drive was working fine this morning it only started having issues when i came to boot up my pc again.

check if it shows on bios, change port, check in safe mode, check disk management if the file system is raw. and most importantly check if the cable is failing.

ive checked all thease and tried running CHKDSK and the drive still shows up but the data is un readable
