Can't find their social media, nor reviews about their products, since I bought one and questioning if it was a mistake.

Probably a mistake; their Shopify store has zero contact information, help pages, or anything beyond the ability to buy their products, and doesn't even have a properly setup theme. Their domain's WHOIS information reveals some details though, which you can check via https://ca.godaddy.com/whois/
