Hi. I am planning a new System Build for myself. Please recommend me the best possible build.

Important Points: Don't recommend MSI (They have poor after sale services in my country). Don't recommend EVGA, We don't have EVGA in our country.

Location: India. (Ambient Temp. 45 Deg. Celsius in Summers)

Budget: Nothing in mind. Quality + Performance is my priority.

Aim: Gaming, Streaming, Video Processing, Workstation Related Work, Probably VM Gaming as well (install VMWare and Game inside that VM Box).

Monitor: 240Hz (Already Own) + 60 Hz Monitor Ultra-Wide (Already Own)

Peripherals: I have all of them like Keyboard, Mouse, UPS, Speakers etc.

MAJOR PART NOW!

CPU: 9900K vs 9900KS vs. 3900X vs. 3950X

Motherboard: High End with DAC + AMP which can support upto 600 Ohm (I am going to buy an audiophile headphone which is 250 Ohm)... Motherboard should have Intel Gigabit Ethernet (I don't want Killer, they are shit). Don't recommend ASUS Hero because they have VRM issues. ASRock Aqua is good, but I am unsure how their after sale in my country. Plus, I think for that I need custom water loop which I don't want to play with. (Correct me if I am wrong). I want best LANES design so that the sharing is least among multiple hardware. I want to enjoy max.

RAM: Whatever is the highest supported RAM with as tight CL for the specified CPU you recommend. (I want Speed and Performance as high as possible) and I want best brand. Most Important: SAMSUNG MEMORY since they are best. 16GB min, 32gb max. I don't want 64gb for now.

SSD / PCIE / NVME: Whichever is best for the bootspeed, video processing, gaming etc.

GPU: Strictly 2080Ti or better (nothing less than that) with max number of fans.

PSU: Platinum Rated or best. (Corsair Only)

CASE: Full Tower. I don't want Mid Tower (from my understanding they are bad for air-flow, but if it's wrong concept, correct me)... But, I am looking at Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic (I don't want to use Riser cable, i want to put GPU directly into the PCIE)

COOLER: All in One Solution. Please recommend me the best. According to me, I am looking at Corsair's 3 FAN Water Cooler right now. Since all the CPUs are heavy and going to heat a lot.

Lights and Extra Fans: RGB with easy to configure them and easy to use. I want to sync max. of my peripherals and hardware to the same RGB Modes easily. I am looking at Corsair for it but recommend whatever you think is best.

Questions about CPU:

Base Clock of 9900KS > 9900K > 3900X > 3950X.

But core count of 3950X > 3900X > 9900K / KS.

Which of these will give me the maximum FPS in Game like Rainbow Six Siege? So that, what I have noticed is that Rainbow 6 can use 8 Cores. But, I do not know if it can use more than 8 Cores.

Thanks.
