Where should I buy the Razer 15?

I know it’s 2019 but I’ m on a low budget and definitely wanna get the Razer 15 for the best price. The problem is that Razer sells their 2018 model for way more expensive then I would getting it off Ebay. Truthfully I could probably get the 2019 model on Ebay for Razer’s asking price of the 2018 model but the risk is there, and I live in a place where Ebay is hard to ship to, so that’s out of the question. I also found some Razer 15 2018 Models on Amazon which are also way cheaper then Razer site. I’m not sure what to do right now as Cyber Monday is also rolling around. I have a budget of $1300 pls help and comment what I should do about this dilemma... ?

Never buy Razer laptops, period. QA & QC are bad, not competitive in performance even within thin gaming laptops due to poor thermals, customer service suck (or maybe just overloaded), and they dare charge you that much for all this.

near top-spec MSI GL63? TN panel only, somewhat old design, not that thin (not thick tho, comparing to my HP Omen 17) and limited battery life, but hardware is up-to-date and has option for 120Hz panel.
