Mic not working on Logitech g533

Hello I was wondering if someone could help so I'm having issues with my headphones mic no sound is being detected when talking. I performed a hard reset on the headset and checked all mic options all looked fine nothing out of the ordinary. I tried the headset in my laptop and it works fine no issues.does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? The only difference between the two PC's is the laptop doesbt have the Logitech software installed

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX GPU: AMD RX 6800M RAM: 16GB  SSD: 500GB NVME
