Hi, it seems that my Acer Aspire 7 cannot output video over its USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 port as it doesn't provide HDMI alternate port. I'm already using the laptop's HDMI port for an external display, however I would like to use an additional monitor (two external monitors in total) in extended mode. Thus, I'm planning on buying USB to HDMI adapter to use the USB 3.0 port as a video output. Could someone help me decide whether such solutions works and if so, which cable should I choose:

1. £30+ option from Wavlink: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Wavlink-Adapter-External-Supports-Resolution/dp/B076SX73LY/ref=sr_1_7?keywords=displaylink&qid=1572626200&sr=8-7

2. £15 option: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Adapter-Graphics-Converter-Compatible-Windows-black/dp/B076J3VKMJ/ref=sr_1_21?keywords=displaylink&qid=1572626200&sr=8-21

Is there any difference in the performance of those cables (which would explain the price difference)? The monitor I'm interested in is ASUS VZ249HE.
