why i took long time to see first bios picture on my new pc?

I took a long time when i start windows and i dont know why

It takes me around 15 sec to see the first bios picture

is there setting should i do in bios
 my pc:

ryzen 3700x

asus x570 tuf gaming plus wifi

Asus ROG Strix GeForce RTX™ 2060 6GB

ASUS TUF Gaming GT501 case

Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory

ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 512 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive

that's just what Ryzen does. AGESA 1.0.0.4 is supposed to improve on this but its still somewhat long.

Long boot time is normal, new bios release could help but dont expect much

Are they on Fast Boot, are they using the "hibernation" mode "shutdown", is this a actual "RESTART" or "SHUT DOWN"?

So did a Windows 10 "Shut Down" - press ON button on case and (no Fast Boot):

8 seconds in = BIOS splash

20 seconds in = Windows 10 Desktop shows

 

Now Ill do a restart

5 seconds BIOS splash 

23 seconds on the desktop

 

This is off an NVMe drive as well.  How long is it taking you?

 

OR is this not the actual topic - I.E. when you first booted your PC up after putting it together for the first time it took a long time to boot?  RAM timing training would be my guess
