Nvidia Maximum Power vs High Performance Power plan

Every thing in the windows plan is under the settings. Max and minimum power for the cpu. Button function, sleep and shut down timer and hard drive spin down times. Stuff like that. Won’t directly effect the gpu like that.

Nvidia panel does almost the same as windows but just for the gpu. But even if the card is set to balanced it may not down clock depending on what it’s rendering. Should still be able to down clock on high performance as well.
