Alright, I have a new build

GIGABYTE X399 AORUS Xtreme (AMD Ryzen Thread Ripper TR4

Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB (4x8GB) DDR4 3600 (PC4-28800)

AMD Ryzen Threadripper 2950X

Samsung 970 EVO 1TB SSD (MZ-V7E1T0BW) NVMe M.2 V-NAND

Antec HCP850 Platinum Power Supply 850 Watts

GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 2080 Ti

 

I cannot get the m.2 to detect. Not detected in bios. USB install attempt of windows 10 did not detect.
