A weird R5 1600

I just bought a really weird cpu after my FX8320 decided to dishonorable discharge itself

I found this R5 1600 for a really good price brand new, I don't have a lot of money

I got the cpu and I was very disappointed when i found out it came whit the Wraith Stealth,but that is not the weirdest thing

Ive seen these 1600's get accidently released with 8 cores and 16 threads running at 1700 speeds when Task Manager is opened etc.  Im not sure what this would mean in terms of performance though seems to bench where it should?
