Aorus faceplates glued on? 2080 series waterforce? Other aftermarket cards?

I just learned that the waterforce gigabyte 2080s may have a glued on Aorus branded faceplate. Note: not talking about the decorative plate that sits on top of the acrylic. This prevents easy disassembly of the waterblock. This would make maintenance much more difficult for basic loop maintenance.

 

1. Can anyone verify this?

2. Does anyone know if the EVGA attached cooled card is the same or screws/bolts?
