For your build:

• Skip the fans, they're unnecessary.
• Try and get the EX920...the 900 is a few generations behind.
• You don't need thermal paste.
• Don't get the 212 EVO, it's really not that great. For another $30 you can get the Noctua U14S, significantly better.
• I'd take another look at that PSU. You can get the 650w RMX for $5 less (or more, I can't recall which).

As for Black Friday, don't pick your parts now. See what's on sale, and then buy from that. Otherwise you could miss out on getting something significantly better.

You're also killing any possible deals by sticking to one place. Especially Amazon.

For Ryzen 5 3600 x570 mb is an overkill. Buy a good MSI B450 like Tomahawk MAX or B450-a PRO MAX and you will be happy with it. PSU and cooler I agree with dizmo
