Strix B350-f wont boot

Ro strix b350-f mthrbrd

Ryzen 1600 cpu

Corsair 750m psu

Corsair ddr4 ram

 

My computer was working. Kept losing video mid gaming. Replaced gpu. Didnt help. Friend said maybe its overheating?

Bought corsair h60 cpu cooler. Now i only get lights. No fans. No boot.

 

Tried jumping the power button directly on the panel. Didnt work.

 

Tested my psu by jump starting it.

Psu passed

 

Tried a b450f mthrbrd. Nothing

 

Tried using my stock cpu fan. Doesnt work.

 

Just a few mood light and an orange led by the control panel. Ive checked the positioning of the pwr_sw panel mutiple times.

 

It wont jump. Wont start. Psu is fine. Gpu is fine. Please help
