Hey there,
I am using to forum to help out a friend. He wants a new Gaming PC and has a budget of around 1200€. (he could go a bit higher, if needed)

We both live in Germany.

He mostly plays games like League of Legends, Borderlands and stuff like that.
No preferred Case, no need for a monitor, keyboard or mouse.

If anyone wants to help, I would be really happy about it.

Optionally you can upgrade the Video Card to a 2060 super

or buy a bigger SSD

Better GPU (equivalent to 2070 Super), more SSD storage, no need for an expensive cooler.

As @Sajiko said, Window 10 keys are abut $10 online.
