Anyone got hold of the new 1660 super and did there test performance and said that for the cost it's good. I expect to see more coming soon and can say just memory upgrades made a big difference. For me I would go all out and get the 1660TI as you get more performance and cuda cores are higher, then again with 2-5% more than the super it's not much for the price point of view unless cost isn't fussed.

Still, Asus Rog Boost Clock to 1890MH sounds sexy :P But $20 more to get extra 30MH is worth it?

Upside to the super that the Vram are high speeds to the TIs and core clock at 1530MHz  as to the TIs it's 1500MHz but they get higher boost core clock.

I think it's quite good considering price to performance. Super narrow performance gap from its Ti siblings, with lower cost(50 bucks off on MSRP). Good for new budget builds. But it's kinda getting weird because it means 1660 Ti's position is gone... iffy. The performance gap is so narrow that Ti's are getting valueless. I think NVIDIA's team killing is gone way too far.

Geforce 10 team kills Geforce 900? That's what we call evolution of technology. But the card that team kills it's own generation in terms of price to performance? I've never heared this kind of thing in my entire life.

Well, I got my Zotac 1660 Ti when its on event sale (on South Korea - which is where I live) with my other parts of my rig and back then it was a couple of months after the Ti's launch so personally I don't feel bad about the purchase itself but the recent NVIDIA's doings make me think they are circling around and killing their time meaninglessly.

Sorry for my janky English, btw.

Gigabyte's RGB Fusion 2.0/20 bucks cheaper Vs. Aura Sync & ROG asthetics/30 MHz more Boost clock?

If you are considering about asthetics of your rig and it's ROG themed I think ROG is good to go.

But if you are not so interested in the looks of it, I recommend keep your 20 bucks. I think that 30 MHz might give you higher numbers, but the gap is so small that you won't feel any difference while running your games.

After all, their cores are same TU116-400-A1 chip.

@VictorVanBuren   Phanteks case with RGB case fans from Phanteks (with side glass), Motherboard is from Asus, The RGB Corsair H115i  pro. I do have a Corsair commander Pro with one 120mm fan, but might be easy to get Phanteks PH-DRGB_SKT Kit as the case has two RGB fans installed

End of the day A card that's going to last and keep up with 1440p gaming
