Is this much noise from pc normal?

I’ve turned all fans on. Cooler is a Corsair h115i, psu rm750x I don’t think the fans spinning on that probably not there’s no load. 
 

I thought it was fans, but turning fans off and on makes no difference, why is this pc so loud what are these noises? Ignore clank sound that’s me hitting against the glass.

 

if you listen carefully, there’s high pitched pump noise, medium noise which I was sure was air but all fans are off so gotta be sound of water or something??? I have no clue, then a low pitched noise. Is this normal it’s a lot of noise.

Well, besides the coil whine from your GPU, it kinda sounds like a dead pump to me, or at least a dying one.

 

How are the temps?

Dying pump? Oh no it’s brand new. Rip.

 

temps are cool. Cpu under 30, gpu under 40.

I mean if there really are no other moving parts, then what else should be making the noise.

 

My AIO pump also made strange noises on the first start and couple of hours, but as soon as the bubble cleared it went away.

Maybe wait for a few days and see if it fixes the problem.

Imo it should be the pump. If you have an aircooler laying around, maybe try switching and see if the problem goes away.
