You could do some simple 2D games or 3D games at PS2 era graphics on the iGPU.

Otherwise I would suggest around an RX 570 or RX 580 videocard. Perhaps a second hand card can save you a couple bucks. New should be a little lower than 200 USD for either card.

I'm not gonna be gaming heavily, and I have a 60hz monitor. Any recommendations for a cheap ish graphics card I could use, or would I be fine with the integrated graphics for casual gaming?

Thanks guys

Just pick up an RX 470/480/570/580 preferably 8GBs, they're down to $80-120 on ebay, ebay has plenty of buyer protection as well, just check the seller's rating.

i7 3770 is not a bad cpu and many games may still runs great with good GPU. Consider even 1660 or 1660Ti.

Small example from youtube:

I don't really care about ultra settings, is it possible to hit 60 FPS give or take for around $100 on a gpu?

Just avoid any mining specific cards with only a DVI output, and maybe MSI armor X80 cards as that cooler is kind of small.

You can find used RX 570 shipped for $90 on ebay. RX 570 is slightly higher performance than a GTX 970 and I was playing stuff like Resident Evil 2 and Sekiro at 1080p60 on my 970 with a little tweaking to settings before my 970 crapped out. Also RX 570 were selling for $120 new a couple of months ago on newegg with two games (I think Resident Evil 2 and Devil May Cry 5), and I wouldn't be surprised to see deals similar or better for Black Friday. You'll probably have to take a hatchet to settings in AC Odyssey if you want a smooth 60 fps and Shadow of the Tomb Raider might need some heavy tweaking too, but I would guess most games released up until now should run 1080p60 at high settings. That's how I ran new stuff on my 970 + Xeon E3-1231v3 system (the cpu is just an i7-4770 under a different name, marketed as a low end server cpu instead of highish end desktop cpu). So a pretty similar setup to what a 3770 + RX 570 would be.
