You shouldn't buy until Black Friday.

The 1660 makes absolutely no sense now that the Super is out.

The 212 EVO is really not a great cooler.

Get better air cooler. Get either a b450 main board. Or asus x570 boards since asus is dominating the performance with them.

Swap that 1660 out to super version of the card or get rtx 2060.

nearly identical from @Herman Mcpootis since that build is more or less perfect. swaped the HDD for cheaper and better and swapped the case.

I would change:

  • CPU Cooler : Be Quiet Dark Rock
  • RIP HDD and go for 1tb ssd
  • If you really need 2tb go for seagate firecuda 2tb. Its really nice even for games
  • Go for 1660 super or rtx 2060 super
  • PSU: I would grab a seasonic full modular like Seasonic Focus+ Gold 550W
