How do I remove a device from the list of available Chromecast devices?

How do I remove a device from the list of available Chromecast devices? You know how in Google chrome in videos there is a button to cast to other devices, namely TV's? How do I remove a a device (a TV) from that list? My parent's TV is on that list and I'm afraid I'm going to accidentally click that damn button one day and cast porn to their TV. If that's not possible to remove a specific device, can I just disable chrome casting period? It's a useless feature to me.

You'd have to go into their google home app and remove the ability to allow other devices to cast to it.

I only see my TV in the list of devices and not their TV in Google Home app but when I click on the cast/stream button in a video in chrome I see both of the TVs listed.
