1080p Music Produciton/E-Sports gaming build

1.) Budget and Location 

 

Budget is around $800-1000. I live in the Philippines 

 

2.) Aim

 

I want to play Tekken 7 at 1080p max settings and mix audio with amp sims and Slate plug-ins (which enjoy core counts) 

 

3.) Monitors 

 

I want to run just one monitor, 1080p. Not picky with refresh rates 

 

4.) Peripherals

 

I still need a decent set of mouse and keyboard and Windows
