Permanently Set 0 RPM to OFF (AMD rx 480)

So i got a xfx rs rx 480 and i dont like the 0 rpm mode at all. The fans makes hella lot of noise when they start spinning. It happens around 50c, and when i play games the gpu stays around 50c, so the fans start spinning then stops, the starts spinning again. The only way i know of turning the 0 rpm mode off is thru wattman. The only problem is that i always have to start wattman, and load a preset, which is really annoying. Is there a way to like maybe flash it onto the gpu?

MSI afterburner. Use this and you can set custom fan curves that will start with you each and everytime and require only but a few moments of your time to tune the fan curve to your liking.
