Photo Frozen On Desktop

While looking at photos, I suddenly had a photo in the center of my desktop window that appeared to be frozen.  I was unable to delete it or remove it.  I right clicked on an open space on my Windows 10 desktop and no menu showed so I could not try to remove the photo.  I rebooted my computer and the photo still appeared when it restarted.  Presently can only view the photo and to open any windows, I need to click on icons along the left side of my computer.  I got frustrated and decided to do a restore point fix and unfortunately I could not do that as it said my antivirus program was prohibiting my restore point to be made.  I disabled Windows defender and my Malwarebytes program and still could not complete the restore point after several tries.  To be honest, I do not understand how I apparently locked a photo on my desktop that I cannot delete or remove.  Please help me if you can.  This is the first time for me to come to this site so I hope I am asking for help correctly;  I have attached the photo as it shows on my computer.  I am unable to view my desktop.

So if you right click anywhere on your desktop and click Personalize, can you choose another background from there?

Wow, yes, I can change the photo.  Amazing as I had not tried that.  The next question would be how to 

close that photo.  Thanks so much for your reply.  I just saw it.

OK.  On a new note.  I am able to see my desktop icons which I did not see before.  If I am able to change the background photo to nothing I would be happy, but it is manageable from here.

I want to thank you for your reply.  Your reply actually helped me solve the problem as I see it was the setting of the bacground photo.  I was able to choose a black setting which cleared up any picture problem.  You saved my day as the problem had stumped me for the longest time.  Best wishes to you!
