I recently purchased a 1660 ti to upgrade my pc. I have an i5-4690k and I am getting bad frames in the new COD. Less intense games work fine but all high graphic games seems to have problems. My frames are jumping all over the place. Is my gpu being bottlenecked? Any ideas on how to fix my problem? Thanks.

You can check your CPU usage in-game with MSI Afterburner or even just use task manager. If you're seeing mostly over 90% usage, then yes, it is most likely bottlenecking your GPU.

If you haven't already, I'd suggest you try overclocking your CPU, as long as you've got a decent cooler. 4-4.2GHz should be an easy overclock in most cases for a 4690K and will give a decent boost in performance over base clock, without increasing heat output that much.
