Ok.  That means the PSU is live and the motherboard is getting +5VSB.

 

So now, is the button from the front of the case to the "PW SW" pins on the motherboard connected?  If so, what happens next when you press the power button on the case?

I’m currently putting it I a box to test it do I connect the power sw and test it out of the box like that

Thank you lol I went back to motherboard manual pw switch was on wrong one
