yeah I got the same exact PSU and its exactly like that.

Completely normal to be missing that pin. The missing pin used to be -5V, however that was phased many years ago and systems no longer use -5V and power supplies don't have -5V. The 20pin (20+4 now) hasn't really changed since so it's just an empty pin on modern power supplies.
