HP ex900 or pioneer nvme

So I am looking at adding an nvme drive to a system. I found both of these at the same price. But it's difficult to find solid information on the pioneer drive other than it being pci-e gen 3 x4. 

Any thoughts one way or the other? These are literally less than half the cost of Samsung, so they caught my eye.
