What Microphone Should I Get?

I am thinking about streaming and I need a decent microphone (preferably under $130 is possible) but I'm in an open area in my home and there is usually people talking/ the TV in the background so I need something that makes sure they can't be heard. Also will a dynamic microphone be better for my situation because I was looking at this one https://www.rode.com/microphones/podmic but I'm not sure if it fits my requirements.
