How to Move the Windows 10 Notification & Actions Popups to the Top Right Corner?

Hey everyone first time posting here!

 

I just have a quick question about the Windows 10 notification popups. I like to have my taskbar at the top of my display. However, one of the things that annoys me about having my taskbar up there, is that messages from Whatsapp, Your Phone app, or the email app always appear at the bottom right of the screen. 

 

My question is, is there anyway to have my notifications popup on the top right side of the screen? 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

At this time, you cannot move notifications from the default location in the bottom right corner. Makes no sense to me, as this is 2019 and people might actually oh gee I don't know have a custom workflow that requires notifications be moved to the top right, left, or hell, even a second monitor.
