Please Help Xbox app is fucked

I tried launching Gears 5 today after gaming all day on Steam, It did not launch. So i tried launching 2 other game pass games and they didn't launch either. I checked to see if i could launch, Steam, Origin, Battlenet, Uplay games. No problems whatso ever. I checked to see if there was a windows update, there was one i installed it and restarded my PC. Didnt help. I figured i would try and re-install the Xbox app. i deleted it and when i tried installing it again It said : Error 0x80246019

The Xbox app cannot be installed... I have game pass ultimate and i dropped 40 dollars into gears 5 would suck if i cant play anymore. And im sorry i posted this here there is literally no info on this error code and Microsoft support is a joke. What can i do? I restarted my PC multiple times already

I think you would probably get more help in the PC section since this is PC software and games you are talking about.

That seems to be the troubleshooting steps. That being said, if it dont work. You have pretty much ONE option. Reinstall Windows. You can perform the reset with keeping files, but that will delete all your software. OR you can choose to do a format reinstall which will clean everything off.

For the record Windows 10 is broke. Its been broke since it was released, and will remain broke until Microsoft pulls it head out of its ass. I got so sick of the BS, I stopped using WIndows entirely.
