Razor Neo and Palit 2080ti

I was told by xspx these 2 would fit but the card looks to have slightly different chip positions to the manual and the raised sections on the cooler are different to the chips on the card.

Any advice as this is my 1st. Perhaps as long as the chips touch the cooler I'll be ok (using the thermal pads in the kit and original ones from the card.)
