I read some articles just now, some recommend alcohol also but it got notes said this will damage the protective coating from the screen.

You can dunk your phone in all the alcohol you want and it's not going to do anything, probably want 90-100% though

90% should be a lot cheaper

Hi guys,

Do you already have a thick case and glass screen protector?

Just use rubbing alcohol, or any disinfecting wipe.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

I mean, I just use my breath to get some condensation on the screen, then clean it with a tissue. It's worked for me as long as I remember. My Nexus 7 2013 still works fine (for a 6 year old tablet) and has never been cleaned any other way.

Yes, all you honestly need is tiny bit water and a cloth, but alcohol is recommended like the chap above said.

Okay i guess i'll just go with this. But is 70% isopropyl alcohol wipes ok? Its used in hospital to clean tools before using and its damn cheap. $1 for 100pcs.

Biggest concern is damage to the oleophobic protective layer. Though wearing down the oleophobic layer may be such an inevitability that how you clean it doesn't matter anyway.
