What graphics card should I pair with a Ryzen 5 2600?

I'm planning to upgrade this winter to a desktop from my crappy ideapad 100.

The deal is I want to have a really well balanced build but I don't have any clue as to what graphics card should I pair with the Ryzen 5 2600.

 

My choices are the following:

1) Buy a rx 590 or 580 used or new locally depending on the price

2) Buy a used gtx 1060 6gb for a really good price (found a guy who sells them locally for 140$, at a store it would cost me more than twice the price)

 

IMPORTANT: The main goal for this build is to have a pc where I can work in Unreal Engine and Blender. My budget is around 800-850$

 

If any of you have good build ideas and potential replacements for what I plan to use. Or probably now someone there who can import parts to Moldova so that I can actually find something decent for the price hook me up.

Grab a RX 590 or the used 1060.  Im assuming you game at 1080p as those cards are 1080p cards.  You will get sustained 60fps with pretty much no drops at all.
